Who We Are

At PHYSICIANS-ONLY IMMEDIATE CARE , your care is led by Syed K. Raza, MD, who is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with over three decades of clinical practice across urgent care, primary care, and hospital medicine. Dr. Raza has cared for thousands of patients in multi-specialty clinics, major hospitals, and urgent care clinic settings, managing everything from everyday illnesses to minor injuries to complex medical conditions. His background includes more than eight years of hospitalist experience at a 450-bed medical center, leadership in supervising mid-level providers, and serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor mentoring medical students. With active licensure in Illinois and a long history of delivering compassionate, evidence-based care, Dr. Raza brings deep expertise and a patient-first approach to ensure fast, reliable, and high-quality medical care for individuals and families across Illinois.

Pediatricians are specially trained to care for infants, children, and adolescents throughout all stages of development. Dr. Walji brings compassionate, expert pediatric care to our tele-urgent care platform, ensuring that children receive age-appropriate medical evaluation, treatment guidance, and parent education.
